How to Make Sour Pickled Bamboo Shoots with Clam Snails


Ingredients Introduction
Clam shells(500g), sour bamboo shoot (1 piece),Green pepper(2 pieces),Ginger(1 piece), garlic (1 piece)
Steps to make sour bamboo shoot clams and snails

1. Cut the sour bamboo shoot, green peppers, and ginger into strips for later use; crush two cloves of garlic.2. Boil a pot hotpot with two bowls of water until boiling, then add cleaned clam shells and cook for five minutes before removing them to dry off the water. This helps with flavor absorption!3. In the hotpot, add a small amount of oil, stir-fry the ginger and garlic first to release some aroma; then add the sour bamboo shoot, stir-fry for two minutes, add a little soy sauce.Soy sauce Then add green peppers, stir-fry for one minute. Add the clam shells, stir-fry for two minutes, add a bit of oyster sauce and soy sauce, salt; stir-fry for three minutes before serving!^_^
2. Note: Clams can be soaked in salty water for two hours to remove sand. Clean them thoroughly by rinsing multiple times.(*^_^*) Forgot to buy Perilla leaf for even better flavor! I like healthy eating and don't want too many additives in the ingredients!
