Ingredients Introduction
Gelatinous Tofu(350g),Pork mince (100g),Rice,(200g)
Marinate the meat mince with a spoonful of cooking wine and a little salt for 10 minutes.

Pour the marinated meat mince evenly on top of the tofu, and cover it with a layer

Chopped chili sauce,

Steamed fish sauce, and Sichuan pepper. Add about 300ml (max water level line) of water to the base.Insert the inner pot containing the meat and tofu into the Instant Pot placed on the upper layer. Place the washed rice in the inner pot, add approximately 300ml of water, and place it on the lower layer of the Instant Pot.After all ingredients are prepared, cover the top lid. Start the cooking process through the app, select "Cook", set for 40 minutes, and start.

Garnish the steamed meat mince tofu with sliced green onions and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.

Gently place the stuffed tofu in the inner pot.Place it on the top layer of the slow cooker. Put the inner pot with all ingredients into the slow cooker.

Wash the rice, then place it in the inner pot along with about 300ml of water and put it on the bottom layer of the slow cooker.

After all ingredients are placed in the slow cooker, cover with the lid.

Open the app to start the cooking process, select 'cook' for 40 minutes.

Serve by sprinkling chopped green onions over the steamed meat-filled tofu and drizzling with sesame oil.
