How to Make Garlic Roasted Eggplant


Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:Eggplant(258g) Minced pork (55g) Garlic (90g) Red pepper(2 pieces)Chinese onion(10g)Supporting ingredients: 1 teaspoon salt Dark soy sauce(1 teaspoon)
Garlic minced

1. Rinse the eggplant, remove the stem, cut in half, and make incisions; soak in water for fifteen minutes;

2. Chop pork into mince and chop garlic;

3. Season the surface of the eggplant with salt,preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, bake for ten minutes; 4. Heat a pan and pour in

peanut oil; 5. Add the minced pork and stir-fry until it changes color; then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant;

6. Remove the baked eggplant, place the cooked filling on top, and return to the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for seven minutes (forgot to take a picture);

7. Take out again, sprinkle with red pepper and Chinese onion, bake for three more minutes, then serve.

Remove again and sprinkle with chili and leek, then bake for three more minutes.
