How to Make Steamed Fish in Hot Sauce

Steps for making braised fish in hot pot

1. Cut the fish into slices and marinate with seasoning for 20 minutes.

2. Here's a reference to my seasonings; check it out.

3. Heat some oil in a wok, add ginger strips and dried chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the spicy sauce from the seasoning packet and cook until red oil appears.

5. Add water according to how much fish you have.

6. Once the water boils, first add the large pieces of fish head, fish bones, etc., for about 2 minutes, then add the fish slices and cook until they are done.

7. Transfer it to a sandpot or any other container; you can use lettuce,sprouts,, and so on; I used lettuce. Boil the vegetables, then place them in the container with the cooked fish on top. Top with chopped scallions, Sichuan pepper kernels, chili flakes, a little salt, and pour hot oil from the pan over it! 8. It's beautiful!
