1. Steamed Fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar,Ginger julienned, garlic (half),Red pepper circles mixed into a paste, marinate the ribs for 3-4 hours.

2. Line the roasting pan with foil, arrange the ribs, continue to spread the marinade on them. Heat oil in a frying pan, turn off the heat, add plenty of garlic, and fry until fragrant. Pour the oil over the ribs, wrap with foil.

3. Bake at 230°C for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
