The method for making sausage steamed potatoes

It's hot, so here's an easy and quick steamed dish.Steam the dish, and my partner really likes it. I recommend using fatty oil for extra flavor. About the sausage, some people laughed at me for cutting it into larger pieces. But trust me; that's how you get the best taste—cut them like this, hey~~~ (My sausage isn't particularly dried out though.)

Steps to make steamed sausages and potatoes:

Cut the potatoes into chunks, and slice the sausage into larger pieces.

In a bowl, place the potatoes with a little sugar, salt, and dark soy sauce.

Add the sausages on top.

Pour in an appropriate amount of goose oil (or lard).

Steam until the potatoes are soft and mushy.(I steamed them while cooking rice in a pressure cooker.) After removing it, gently mix with some green onions.
