How to make sausage rolls

How to Make Sausage Rolls

1. Add a small spoon of Sugar int o the flour, activate the yeast in water and mix it with the flour to form a smooth dough, cover with a wet cloth for fermentation.

2. Allow the dough to ferment until doubled in size.

3. Remove the dough, dust with dry powder to prevent sticking, knead out the air from the dough.

4. Knead the dough into a long strip.

5. Divide the dough into evenly sized pieces.

6. Rest for 5 minutes.

7. Take one piece and flatten it, then roll it into a rectangular sheet.

8. As shown, place a sausage on it.

9. Roll up from bottom to top tightly, sealing the ends well.

10. Place all rolls seam-side down on a greased Steaming tray with space in between, let them rest for 15 minutes.
