How to Make Vegetable Omelette

Ingredients: Introduction:
Eggs (5), Green onion (1 stalk), Onion (1/3 piece), Chinese cabbage,Ribbon radish (1/3 piece), Cucumber (half a strip),Kelp sheets (1 pack), Salt (2 spoons), Water (2 ladles), Oil (2 tablespoons) Steps to make vegetable omelet rolls:1. Cut green onion, onion, Chinese cabbage, rabbit,and cucumber into small pieces. 2. Beat 5 eggs.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water and 2 teaspoons of salt to the beaten eggs.

4. Pour the cut vegetable pieces into the egg mixture and stir evenly.5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then pour 1/3 of the egg mixture and fry over low heat; do not put all at once. 6. When the first layer of omelet is almost cooked,
