How to Bake White Clams in Foil Wraps

A dish of zero difficulty.A home-style dish that everyone can learn quickly. Low cost, doesn't make you gain weight, and rich in nutrition.
Clams are one of the cheapest shellfish, just a few dollars per pound. Although inexpensive, they are easy to prepare and taste delicious, making them a must-order at street stalls. However, restaurant clams are usually not thoroughly cleaned, containing many sand particles. Homemade dishes are more reliable from a health perspective.

2.cut into thin strips, green pepper cut into small pieces, black wood ear mushrooms cut into particles, then prepare the marinade.

3. Mix all the prepared ingredients with the marinade and set aside.

4. Boil the clams in hot water until they open up completely, then remove them.

5. Place a layer of aluminum foil in a stainless steel bowl, add some of the marinade to the bottom, place the cooked clams on top, cover with remaining marinade, and wrap it all up in aluminum foil (including the marinade).

6. Preheat the oven and bake at 185 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.

7. Once cooked, remove and gently mix, then sprinkle with chopped green onions.

8. Although using aluminum foil to cook dishes is not a new method, it has surprised me greatly from the first bite. The taste is no less than that of stir-fried with bean sauce, fresh and fragrant but not spicy. It pairs perfectly with beer; if you like spiciness, add some chili.
