How to Make Steamed Cabbage Rolls

I really enjoy making oven dishes, not only because they taste delicious but also because they save on the smoke and heat in the kitchen. We often steam cabbageand wrap it; this cabbage roll is stuffed with minced meat and rice, baked together, offering a unique flavor that's incredibly tasty. The ingredients include:

main ingredients: Bok choy
(1 stalk) Minced meat (200 grams)Rice(1 bowl) Tomato (1 piece) Radish (half a root) Onion(half a piece)Auxiliary ingredients: Green onions (a small bunch) Sweet paprika (1 tablespoon) Thyme blend (1 teaspoon) Black pepper powder (a little) Tomato sauce (4 tablespoons) Vinegar(to taste) Oil (as needed) Salt (as needed) The steps to make baked cabbage rolls:1. Add water to a pot, along with a little salt and vinegar, and blanch the bok choy for about 5 minutes 2. Then drain it in cold water Peel and finely chop the radish; Chop the onion and green onions.3. Mash the tomato to remove the skin;
4. Heat oil in a wok, add the onion and radish, and stir-fry for a moment

5. Add minced meat and stir-fry until it's loose

6. Stir-fry with rice, then add tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, sweet paprika, pepper powder, thyme blend, and salt, and stir to combine

3.7. Then add chopped green onions and stir well 8. Peel the bok choy leaves, place a portion of the filling in the middle, roll it up, and fold both sides inward to form cabbage rolls.9. Arrange all the cabbage rolls on a baking tray with half a cup of water (about halfway up the first layer of cabbage rolls) and add some cooking oil;

10. Mix the remaining tomato sauce with a little pepper powder and thyme, brush it over the cabbage rolls

11. Cover any unused bok choy leaves on top.

12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 40 minutes.

13. Remove the top bok choy leaves after baking.

14. This is super delicious; my food lovers at home love it a lot!

Tips:

1. You can choose your own filling, but meat and vegetables together make for an especially tasty dish.

2. Thyme blend is from overseas, you can substitute with your preferred seasonings.

Cover the cabbage package with unused cabbage leaves.

Preheat the oven and bake the cabbage package at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Remove the top cabbage leaves.
