How to Make Fried Chicken Wing Tips

Chicken wing tips cooking method
1. Chop the onion and mix it with all the marinade; let it marinate for two hours, then remove.

2. Heat a cast-iron grill without adding oil, place the chicken wing tips on it, and cook until the fat is released, then turn over and continue cooking.

Cooking tip
Maringation method varies according to personal preference; the cast-iron grill is thick, so pay attention to the fire. High heat can be turned off first. Remember not to brush or wash oil... My chicken wing tips were leftovers from a previous barbecue at home, and since I couldn't use charcoal, I tried it on the cast-iron plate, and the result was quite good!
