How to Make Dry Pot Cuisine

Main ingredient
Pork belly 2 ounces Apricot Mushroom 1 piece Potato 1 piece Chili pepper 1 piece

2 tablespoons of oil Fenhou (Chinese prickly ash) 5 seeds Old Ginger 3 slices Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Dry pot dish making
. Slice the pork belly, cut the potato into thick pieces, hand-tear the shiitake mushroom, and slice the chili pepper

. Fry the pork belly to release oil, then remove it. Add enough Peanuts oil to fry the potatoes until they are ready to be cooked, start a new pot with a dry pan, put in the shiitake mushrooms and dry-fry them until they release moisture, then deep-fry again! Set aside

. Add ginger,Star anise, then add Onion and stir-fry. After it's fragrant, put in the fried Ingredients, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the potato is cooked, then add chili peppers, continue to stir-fry. Since my iron pot is thick-bottomed, I turned off the heat when the chili peppers were slightly soft.




Cooking tips
Since there weren't many leftover vegetables at home, I created this dry pot dish! Used an iron pot, so no need for too much oil or water. Added Soy sauce and oyster sauce, so didn't add salt... Adjust according to your own situation…
