How to Make Steamed Head of Fish with Chili Peppers

Fermented Chili Fish Head Preparation steps
1. Clean the black part inside the fish head.

2. Rub with a bit of salt, then pour in some beer and marinate for 10-15 minutes (beer not only removes the fishy smell but also enhances the freshness of the meat).

3. Chop the fermented chili.

4. Spread it over the marinated fish head and continue to marinate.

5. Place the minced garlic on top of the fish head, then steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes before turning off the heat and letting it sit for a moment.

6. Remove and discard the marinade, then pour some Steamed Fish soy sauce
