The method for making beer duck

Beer Duck is a unique delicacy with Han Chinese cuisine, loved by many diners. It is said to have originated in the Qing Dynasty. There are various ways to make Beer Duck. The main ingredients are duck and beer. Cook the duck meat with beer until it becomes a dish, making the nutritious duck meat more flavorful. The duck meat is not only fragrant when eaten but also carries a slight aroma of beer. Main ingredients
Half a duck
1 bottle of beer Auxiliary materials

soy sauce 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 tablespoon Sichuan pepper oil 2 tablespoons Salt 2 spoons Monosodium glutamate 1 spoon scallions 2 stalks ginger 1 piece garlic 5 cloves chili to taste The steps for making Beer Duck
1. First, cut the duck into pieces after initial processing.
2. Prepare the condiments.

3. Take a pot and add oil; stir-fry the duck until it detaches from the bone.

4. Add ginger slices, whole garlic cloves, red-braised soy sauce, and salt.

5. Pour in one bottle of beer; bring to a boil over high heat.

You must use Sichuan pepper oil to achieve a good color; I used homemade Sichuan pepper oil.
