Homemade Crab Roe Noodle Soup Recipe


Crab paste noodle soup, one word: fresh! We went out for a celebratory dinner with my brother's family on Sunday.The Yangcheng Lake crab was served last. Everyone said they were too full to eat it, and my brother said I was the most relaxed, asking me to take the crabs home to extract the crab paste. It took me a long time to process 12 big crabs, but I made some of the crab paste into steamed dumplings and the rest into this crab paste noodle soup.
Ingredients Rice noodles: 300g, Crab paste: 200g, Salt: 3g,Bok choy 50g
Steps

. Prepare rice noodles, bok choy cut in half and washed, crab paste

. Add half the crab paste to a pot of water

. Bring to a boil and taste for seasoning before adding salt

. Then add Kale. Blanch until tender and turn off heat

. Meanwhile, bring another pot of water to a boil Rice noodles

. Cook until done, then drain

. Place the noodles in a bowl, add the soup base and remaining crab paste, then serve.
Tip: The crab paste is pre-cooked and incredibly delicious. All you need to do during cooking is add salt for seasoning.
