Homemade Steamed Cornmeal Buns Recipe


Like corn meal has a unique aroma. Steaming bunsat home rarely mixes in some rice flour. But corn is coarse grain, adding too much will make the texture fluffy and loose. First, heat the cornmeal, making it smoother when steamed. Even picky children can accept them,
making nutrition in main dishes better unnoticed. Ingredients Main ingredients:wheat flour 500g, 100g cornmeal, 3g yeast, 340g water
Steps

. Put the corn flour in a bowl, pour 100 grams of hot water,

rinsing and stirring until it forms lumps.

. Let it cool completely, then add 500 grams of wheat flour.. Dissolve the yeast in 240 grams of warm water,

gradually mixing into the flour to form a dough.

. Allow fermentation until doubled in size.

. After fermentation, dust with dry powder and knead thoroughly on a board.
. Divide into portions and shape into buns.. Arrange on a steamer, allow for secondary proofing, and steam over low heat for 20 minutes.
