Homemade Sweet Pumpkin Steamed Buns Recipe

9. Fermented dough doubles in size without collapsing or shrinking.

10. After deflating, roll out into a long strip and cut into equal-sized bun pieces.

11. Cover the bun pieces with a plastic wrap and let them rest in a warm place.

12. After fermentation, place on a steamer, steam for 15 minutes, wait 3 minutes before opening the pot lid.

13. Freshly made buns are full, soft, and chewy.

Tips
Pumpkin must be well-cooked and cooled before adding fermentation powder.
The amount of flour should be adjusted according to the pumpkin paste,
no additional water is needed.
Let the buns steam for 3 minutes before opening the pot lid.
