Home-style Tomato Hot Soup Noodles Method


Tomatoes Warm Noodle soup, tangy and very appetizing, sprinkle with egg flowers before serving.Eggs sprinkle with a few cilantro leaves . Red, green, yellow, and white complement each other beautifully!
This simple home-style noodle soup can be enjoyed at any meal; it's time-saving and nourishing.

If you have noodle machine, it would be very convenient. Or if not, don't fret; buy a package of noodles from the supermarket or market.Hand-made noodles would also be delicious;kneading and rolling dough is both a skill and light physical work. Enjoying delicious food can also exercise your body, isn't that right?

Ingredients: Appropriate amount of homemade noodles, three tomatoes, three eggs, two cilantro sprigs, oil to taste, chopped scallions, salt to taste,soy sauce to taste.
Process:
1. First, press out the noodles; you can use handmade or any other type of noodles;

2. Wash tomatoes and cilantro thoroughly;

3. Cut tomatoes into small pieces;

4. Chop cilantro and scallions finely; crack eggs into a bowl;

5. In a wok, add a little oil; when the oil is hot, stir-fry scallions until fragrant;

6. Add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until soft;

7. Add an appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce, then add enough water;

8. Bring to a boil, then add noodles;

9. Cook the noodles until done; pour beaten egg into the pot.

10.|Before serving, sprinkle cilantro.

Tips:
1. Use either a noodle machine or handmade noodles;
2. You can peel the tomatoes if you like;
3. Pouring the egg mixture along the boiling area of the pot forms beautiful egg flowers;
4. The water for cooking the noodles should be generous so that even after absorbing all the liquid, there is still plenty of broth.
