Homemade Beef Cube Sauce Noodles Method


The sauce I used is homemade by my mother in her hometown.
The sauce contains starch, dextrin,maltose, sugar,fructose, proteins,amino acids, lipase, pectinase, peptidase, cellulase, etc. nutrients.
The sweet taste of the sauce comes from maltose and fructose produced during fermentation, while the umami comes from amino acids generated by protein breakdown. The sauce contains various flavor substances and nutrients, making it not only delicious but also enhancing the nutritional value and palatability of dishes, aiding in digestion.
Suitable for all ages, this sauce can be used in stir-fried or braised dishes, and is also good with dishes like scallion, cucumber,and roast duck. Ingredients
Main ingredients: Noodles 300g,mutton 50g, oil as needed,scallions 20g, garlic 15g,sauce 40g, spinach 6g,
stock as needed

Steps:

1. Cut the mutton into pieces, chop the scallions and garlic.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add the mutton pieces and stir-fry until they change color.

4. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add the sauce and quickly mix well.

6. Stir-fry to cook thoroughly, then remove and set aside.

7. In another pot, bring water to a boil.

8. Cook the noodles in the boiling water until done.

9. Drain an appropriate amount of noodles into a bowl.
10. Add the stock, add some vegetables on top,
and mix in the cooked meat sauce.
