Black Plum Cheesecake Pie Method
1. Start by making the crust: melt the butter in warm water first;

18. Continue baking at 180 degrees for another 15 minutes, or until the crust edges are golden.

1. Use a fan-forced oven to ensure even browning;
2. If you can't get black plums, you can use peach as a substitute.
