Homemade Fresh Pork and Shrimp Dumplings Recipe


Recently, I bought shrimp from a fisherman's boat.I took them home and peeled the shells, then froze some for later use when I have time.I can make dumplings or wontons with these frozen shrimps. The taste is particularly fresh.
Ingredients Main ingredients
50g of fresh shrimp meat, 100g of chives,oil, salt, and an appropriate amount for seasoning Dumpling wrappers, 90g of pork filling,4g of pepper powder, 3g of monosodium glutamate (MSG), 4g of cooking wine Steps 1. Wash the chives and cut them into small pieces. Use a knife to finely chop the fresh shrimp meat.Do not chop it too finely. 2. Put the chopped chives, shrimp meat, and pork filling in a bowl,add pepper powder, salt, MSG, cooking wine, and oil 3. Mix them well.
4. Prepare some dumpling wrappers.

5. Take one wrapper and stuff it with the mixed filling.

6. Fold the wrapper in half, sealing it tightly.

7. Dab a little flour on the bottom part,

place it on a chopping board, and proceed to make more.

8. Place an appropriate amount of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add the stuffed dumplings, and add 3 times boiling water each time, ensuring they cook for 3 rounds.

9. It's ready to eat now; I use soy sauce and vinegar as dipping sauce.Tip: It is best to cut the shrimp with a knife rather than chopping it,

as this helps maintain its texture. Done.
