  Broad beans Braids Toast bread

Toast and are the same, just square-shaped.Bread, made with a mold covered, it is square and flat-topped. Without covering, it can have various shapes. So-called braid toast is when the dough is shaped into braids before baking.

Mains:Flour

Seasonings:Corn Oil, salt,Sugar, yeast powder, water, cooked broad beans

Steps:

1 Place the water, corn oil, salt, sugar in the bread machine bowl first.

2 Use the kneading function to mix.

3 Knead for about 20-30 minutes.4 Check the dough elasticity.

5 Remove the dough and shape it into a ball.6 Place in the bread machine for primary fermentation.

7 While waiting for the first fermentation, prepare the filling, cooked red broad beans..

8 Marinate with an appropriate amount of sugar.

9 After primary fermentation to double its size.10 Remove the dough and knead to remove air, divide into three parts.

10 Take one part, flatten it, and place some red broad beans inside.

11 Seal tightly.12 Do this for all parts.

13 Braid the three strips into a braid shape.14 Place in the bread machine for secondary fermentation.

15 When 80% full, it's ready to bake.

16 Monitor the baking process through the window of the bread maker.

17 Bake for 50 minutes, then remove from the oven.

Tips:

1 If the dough is small, reduce baking time.

2 Use your preferred filling.

3 This bread uses only the kneading and baking functions of the bread machine.

4 I added the corn oil before kneading; it can also be done after kneading, known as "late-oil method".
