Homemade Butter Bread Recipe

When I was in elementary school, the girls in my class spent their free time doing handicrafts like beadwork, embroidery, knitting sweaters, and crocheting lace to earn pocket money for their families. In those days of the 1970s, it was hard to make extra cash even if you were skilled; wages were low, so the only additional income came from doing handicraft work in our spare time. Mother saw how other children's peers were helping out at home and earning money besides studying, and she envied them. She would take on some of their work for us to help with.
Now I'm learning to bake.Baking, makes me struggle,especially with flour.Mistakes are frequent when I make breads;the cream cheese bread shapes look fantastic! Four different bread designs, quite creative, O(∩_∩)Oha! The color of the baked bread is a pleasant surprise. Ingredients:
Main ingredients: High-gluten flour
250g, Fresh cream cheese 75 grams, milk 125 ml, yeast 5 grams, salt 3 grams, sugar 25 grams, a little powdered sugar. Steps:
1. Pour all the liquids into the bread machine;

2. Screen the flour and put it in the bread machine;

3. Put the flour and sugar separately in the machine;

4. Place the ingredients-filled bread bucket in the machine;

5. Cover half of the lid, ensuring that when the yeast is added through the round hole, it will automatically be incorporated without worry;

6. Select the automatic kneading function; this takes 30 minutes total, with 15 minutes for kneading and 15 minutes for resting the dough;

7. Choose the "prove" function until the dough has doubled in size;

8. Remove the dough to deflate it;

9. Divide the dough into smaller pieces, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them rise again;

10. Roll out the small pieces of dough, create shapes;

11. Place the shaped dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for 15 minutes more;

12. Score the risen dough and lightly spray water over its surface;

13. Sprinkle powdered sugar

Sprinkle with sugar.

Oven preheat to 180°C, bake for 20 minutes. Tip: This is a no-butter, no-egg recipe; the bread turns out quite soft and tender.
Tip: This recipe doesn't use butter but the bread is still soft.No butter needed. No eggs required.The bread turns out soft without eggs. Good texture nonetheless.
