PorkOnion Filling Dough
Pie Having made it many times, but the dough was always too hard, no matter how I researched and experimented. Once saw Street snack stall's pie cooked well, noticed that raw dough expanded when put into the pan. Thus, this delicious pie came to be. Taste it.
Main and auxiliary ingredients: 300g pork filling, 100g onion,Flour 300g.
Seasonings: oil, salt,MSG, oyster sauce,
Steps:
1. Mix flour with a bit of yeast, add water to form soft dough, let it ferment for 2 hours.
2. Mix pork filling with salt, MSG, and oyster sauce.
3. Chop onion finely.4. Add chopped onions into the meat filling.
5. Mix well, set aside.6. Grease your hands, knead dough evenly in a bowl.
7. Take a piece of dough, flatten it, and place appropriate amount of stuffing inside.
8. Seal it tightly.9. Place it into the heated pan.
10. Gently press it to flatten or round it.11. Fry until one side is golden brown, then flip and fry the other side.
12. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
Remove from heat, plate up, and serve immediately.

1. The dough must be very soft and fermented; this is the secret.
