Homestyle Cheese Stir-fried Noodles Recipe


Stir-fried noodles, a traditional Chinese noodle dish that is an indispensable part of our daily meals,one of the many noodle dishes. Transfer the stir-fried noodles to a baking dish.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cheese on top of the noodles.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then place the dish inside and bake until the cheese melts.

Step 4.

Serve it up.

Tip: After kneading the dough and letting it rest, stretching it results in firmer and more chewy noodles. The portions should be uniform when dividing, and even force should be used while stretching to ensure consistent thickness and texture of the noodles!

Drain the noodles and stir-fry them evenly.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, red chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegar.

Stir-fry over high heat until well combined, then turn off the heat.

Transfer the stir-fried noodles into a baking dish.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cheese on the surface of the stir-fried noodles.
