Homemade hamburger bun recipe


She often makes some hamburgersherself. The buns, prepared,are kept in the refrigerator frozen. For breakfast,she just needs to fry the bread in a pan,then add a fried egg, slice some tomatoes,spread some salad dressing, and a simple and healthy hamburger is ready!Ingredients: Main ingredients: 200g high flour, 50g low flour,
20g butter, 2g salt, 25g white sugar,
100g milk,3g yeast, some white sesame seeds, and 30g egg.Steps: 1. Mix all ingredients except the butter and sesame seeds to form a dough, knead until a thick membrane is formed, then add softened butter and knead until a thin film can be stretched.
