Homemade Sweet Bread Recipe


This is the second time using Meitou Smart Kitchenware.Bread Using this mechanism to make one-button bread, for the first time I chose a darker color; the crust was thick and too dark after baking. This time, I specifically selected a lighter color, and indeed, the finished bread's color is much better than the previous attempt. The taste and texture are both perfect.It's great to have this bread maker. All ingredients can be placed in the machine, and you can go do other things while it works. It even connects via Wi-Fi for remote monitoring, truly freeing your hands. The freshly baked bread can be enjoyed as a snack or used for breakfast,milk,mung bean milk,rice porridge and so on.
Ingredients Main ingredients
350g high-gluten flour, 36g corn oil,sunflower oil 4.5g salt, 45g sugar,sugar 50g、milk powder 12g、egg one, 3g fast-acting dry yeast, 150ml water
Steps

Prepare the ingredients: corn oil, egg, salt, sugar, milk powder, yeast, water, and high-gluten flour.

Place water in the bread pan, put an egg, corn oil diagonally; add sugar and salt at a diagonal angle, then add high-gluten flour. Place the milk powder in the corner of the flour, and place the yeast on top of the flour without letting it come into direct contact with the liquid.

Place the container in the bread machine and set to sweet bread mode. Set the color to light; the weight is 750g, and do not set a specific time, as it will run according to the internal timer. Start the bread machine and connect via Wi-Fi for real-time monitoring. The process takes about three hours. When the machine beeps, remove the bread.

Tilt the pan over a cooling rack, let the bread cool, then enjoy it.

Tips
1. Water can be replaced with milk.
Due to the butter being in transit, butter sunflower oil was used instead; using butter would yield better results. 2. The bread machine cannot adjust temperature, and internal temperatures are generally high, so it's recommended to choose a light color when making.
3. Yeast can be placed in the automatic ingredient box along with dried fruit; yeast should not come into direct contact with liquid.
4. Check the browning during baking; if it gets too dark, remove the bread earlier.
Observe the browning before baking; remove if over-browned.
