Homemade Preserved Jelly Soft Bread Recipe


The first time I made this recipe, it left me speechless with its texture; it's really super soft.

Steps

1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start a kneading program.Bread machine,

2. Add the butter and start the second kneading program.

3. Until the dough forms a membrane.

4. Round the dough, let it rest to proof until it doubles in size.

5. Proofed dough, punch down, divide into 6 portions, and let them rest for 15 minutes.

6. Roll out into rounds.

7. Fill with fruit preserves.

8. Seal the edge tightly.

9. Place sealed side down in a springform pan.

10. Proof again until it doubles in size, sprinkle with flour before baking.

11. Bake in the oven, at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes; cover if needed to prevent over-browning.

12. Finished.
Tip: Less fruit preserve won't cause overflow, but there's also charm in it overflowing! Choose your preference!
