Homemade Recipe for Horse Hoof Tofu Seaweed Pancake

Steps

1. Wash and chop the mushrooms finely.

2. Peel and wash the water chestnuts, then chop them finely.

3. Crush the seaweed sheets.

4. Heat the wok with oil, add the mushrooms and water chestnuts to stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Squeeze the tofu into pieces, mix in the fried mushrooms and water chestnuts, then add the crushed seaweed.

6. Add salt, chicken powder, pepper powder, and a bit of starch; mix well.

7. Divide into small pancakes and coat them with some dry starch for later use.

8. Heat oil in another wok to six-tenths full, then add the small pancakes and fry until cooked through.
