Ingredients: Water 265g, medium flour 500g, granulated sugar 25g, cooking oil 5g, yeast powder 5g

Instructions:)

1. First, mix water and yeast, then mix with

flour and sugar, oil, and knead into a smooth dough, proof for 5 minutes. 2. Mix star anise powder and salt evenly.

3. Roll the proofed dough into a large thin sheet.

Brush with cooking oil.4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5. Roll up from top to bottom.

6. Cut the dough into triangles, as shown in the picture.

7. Fold the corners up.

8. Press down from the middle with chopsticks, and the dough is ready.

10. Put cold water in a pot, put the

steaming basket, brush with oil, put the dough in, turn on the heat, and steam for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. 10. After steaming, to prevent expansion and contraction, lift the lid open a gap, stop for 3-5 minutes, then open it completely.

After steaming, to avoid thermal expansion and contraction, lift the lid slightly for 3-5 minutes before fully opening it.
