Chicken-shaped dumplings home-style method

Chicken-shaped pastries, made with condensed milk and low flour. Simple to make, cute in shape, loved by children.

Ingredients:Condensed milk 99 grams, low flour 99 grams, baking powder 2.5 grams,Egg yolk 1 (about 12 grams) southern style Mango raisins Filling or Red bean paste Mango filling 250 grams, black Chocolate Adequate amount.

Method:

1. Mix the condensed milk and egg yolk.

2. Sift in the mixture of low flour and baking powder.

3. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Divide the mango filling or red bean paste into 8 portions.

5. Divide and roll the chilled dough into 8 portions and round them.

6. Use the dough to wrap around the filling.

7. Mold it into chicken shapes and place on a baking tray.

8,Preheat the oven, bake at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes. After cooling, use melted chocolate to draw eyes and wings.
