How to Make Nutritious Dumplings


Those who enjoy nutritious food,like dumplings, can actually make their own nutritious dumplings at home, as the preparation is quite simple. Moreover, compared to those made in restaurants, homemade nutritious dumplings are healthier and more reassuring to eat.

Steps to Make Nutritious Dumplings:
1. Put fresh spinach leaves into a blender, add water in a 1:1.5 ratio and blend until juice is made, reserving for later. Add salt when blending!

2. Pour the spinach juice into the mixing bowl, then gradually add flour while stirring to form a smooth dough.

3. Continue flour while kneading into a flour paste.

4. Once it's possible, knead until you get a smooth dough, let it rest for ten minutes.

5. Make the filling: prepare meat filling and add all seasonings, mix well; then add shredded carrots.Carrot Mix thoroughly.Carrot Shred with a grater and chop finely with a knife.

6. Let the dough rest again, knead it evenly, then roll into a long strip. As shown in the picture

7. I used my hands to divide the dough into even small portions; you can also cut them with a knife.

8. Then press each portion flat and roll out into wrappers that are thick in the middle and thinner around the edges.

9. Take one wrapper, place more filling in the center.

10. Pinch the edges tightly with both hands as shown in the picture.

11. Use your thumbs to press the bottom while holding it with your palms, making it look like the one in the picture.

12. Repeat until all dumplings are made; the ones in the picture are uncooked. Since I will freeze them for breakfast use!
