How to Make Red Date Pumpkin Toast


Those who like red.like dates,pumpkin,and toast,can actually make date and pumpkin toast at home by themselves, as the preparation is quite simple. Date and Pumpkin Toast
Ingredients:Introduction: High-gluten flour (150 grams) Salt (2 grams) Yeast (2 grams)
2. Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, steam them,
3. Smash the cooked pumpkin into a puree.
4. Remove the pits from the dates and chop them finely.5. Add all ingredients except butter to the bread maker and start kneading for 15 minutes. 6. Add softened butter to the dough and continue kneading for another 5 minutes.

7. Knead the dough, then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

8. Roll each portion of the dough into a long strip shape using a rolling pin.

9. Roll up from one end to the other end to make small rolls.10. Arrange three small rolls with the seams facing down. 11. Let them rise in a warm place or use the machine's warming function for 2-2.5 times their original size (exceeding the loaf pan).12. Preheat the oven, and bake on the bottom shelf at the top temperature of 140°C and the bottom temperature of 170°C for 35 minutes.

Roll each portion of dough into a thin rectangle with a rolling pin.

Roll each piece from one end to the other to form small rolls.

Arrange the three rolls with the seam facing down.

Let them rise in a warm place or use a warming machine until they are 2-2.5 times their original size (this will exceed the loaf pan).

Preheat the oven.Oven Bake for 35 minutes at upper temperature 140°C and lower temperature 170°C, on the bottom shelf.
