Homemade Caviar Salmon Pasta Recipe

  Ingredients: Details:Salmon 250 grams, Spaghetti 00 grams, 10 cherry tomatoes,Half an onion, Sturgeon caviar A little bit,Olive oil 15 grams,

  Salt a little bit, Black pepper Chopped in sufficient amount, Sake a little bit,Half a lemon, Some basil leaves,Milk To taste

Steps:

1. Marinate the salmon with salt, black pepper, and a little sake for a while.

2. Chop the onion into small pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

3. In a pan, add a little olive oil, then pan-fry the salmon until it changes color, remove from heat.

4. Add a bit more olive oil to the same pan, add the chopped onions and cook until fragrant, then add the cut cherry tomatoes and stir fry for a moment, adding salt and black pepper.

5. Add some basil leaves and stir well, then add milk, place the fried salmon in the pan, heat through without boiling.

6. In another pot, bring water to a boil, then add Spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes.

7. Remove the cooked spaghetti from the pot,Pasta and put it into the sauce.

8. Bring to a boil and immediately turn off the heat.

9. Mix well and serve in a dish, sprinkle with lemon zest, squeeze some Lemon juice on top, add sturgeon caviar if available; skip this step if not.
