For ingredients: 200 grams of Chinese chives, 4 eggs,45 sheets of dumpling wrappers, appropriate salt, and edible oil. First, wash the Chinese chives, dry them thoroughly, then chop and mix with 4 tablespoons of edible oil to seal the cut surfaces, preventing moisture loss.
Next, beat the four eggs in a bowl until fully mixed, then fry and crumble them.Add the egg mixture to the chopped chives and season with salt; mix well to form the filling.
