How to Make Pan-Fried Dumplings


Likes to eat potstickers and dumplings, actually can make potstickers at home themselves because the method is very simple. And compared with those made in restaurants, homemade potstickers are healthier and safer to eat.

potstickers preparation steps:

2. mince the meat into meat paste for later use

3. cut scallions into scallion fragments for later use

4. take a clean bowl, add in meat paste, scallion fragments, cooking wine, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce,pepper powder, salt, mix well (add ingredients and seasonings according to personal preference)

5. mix thoroughly for later use

6. buy dumpling wrappers (about 35 pieces for around two yuan)

7. take one wrapper, place an appropriate amount of meat filling

8. fold the wrapper in half (as shown in the image)

9. leave both sides open and tightly seal the middle

10. arrange prepared dumplings

11. electric pan setting, sprinkle some oil on it and lightly brush the lid with oil for preheating. Place the dumplings nicely arranged inside and cover with the pan's lid. Press pancake button to start frying.

12. open after a drop sound, the bottom is already golden brown

13. now add an appropriate amount of water, enough to immerse the bottom of the dumplings, I added about half a bowl of water and press the pancake button again for frying

14. open after another drop sound, the water has dried up and the dumplings are cooked.
