Steps for making steamed preserved meat and turnip cake:
. Ingredients needed:turnip,preserved meat,preserved sausage, small dried shrimp stick

mung bean starch. Note: Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for 5 minutes before cutting.

. Peel and clean the turnip,

. Shred the turnip into strips,

. Save the shredded turnip.

. Heat a little oil in a pot, stir-fry the preserved meat, sausage, and mung bean starch,

. Transfer the shredded turnip to the pot with the meat bits, add all seasonings and stir-fry evenly.

. Add 200ml of water into the pot, cover the lid, cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until the turnips are soft but not too mushy.
