Homemade Green Leaf Coconut Bread Recipe



Dough ingredients: 200 grams of high-gluten flour, 35 grams of granulated sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 35 grams of egg liquid, 3 grams of yeast powder.Mallow juice 100 grams,Butter 15 grams,
Coconut cream filling: 35 grams of coconut flakes, 20 grams of granulated sugar, 18 grams of softened butter,milk powder 8 grams, 25 grams of egg liquid,

Steps:
Wash the mallow.

Extract 100 grams of mallow juice using a juicer.

Place all dough ingredients into the bread machine and mix until it forms a stretchy gluten window.

Let it ferment in a container at room temperature.

Coconut cream filling: soften the butter, then mix with other coconut cream ingredients to form four portions.

Cut an opening in the middle with a buttered knife.

Push one end of the pointed part through the cut.

Shape it to complete the formation.

Let them rise again in a warm and humid environment.

Brush each half-finished product evenly with egg white.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius for about 17 minutes. Cover during baking to prevent over-browning.
