Homemade Purple Yam Dual-color Toast Recipe

I always feel that mochi taro has very high visual appeal, whether used to make buns or yuban snacks. Made mochi taro double-color bread using purple sweet potato powder, so the color is light; using purple sweet potato puree would make it look even better.
Ingredients:250 grams of high-gluten flour,milk 130 milliliters,butter 30 grams,egg one, 50 grams of white sugar, 3 grams of salt, 5 grams of yeast, 6 grams of purple sweet potato powder.Eggs 1 egg, 50 grams of sugar, 3 grams of salt, 5 grams of yeast, 6 grams of purple yam powder

Steps to make mochi taro double-color bread:
1. Mix the ingredients in order according to the rear-oil method into the bread machine.

2. Start the kneading program until the dough can be stretched into a thin film.
3. Divide the dough into two parts.

4. Add purple sweet potato powder to one portion and mix evenly, then let it rise until doubled in size at a warm place.
5. Gently deflate the risen dough and take out the white dough and roll it into a long sheet.

6. Roll the purple sweet potato dough into a long sheet and place it on top of the white dough sheet.
7. Roll up the dough, sealing the seam tightly.

8. Place in a loaf pan and let rise to about 80% full at a warm place.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes,and then remove. Can be done in 45 minutes

Tips for making mochi taro double-color bread:
1. When making buns, the dough must be kneaded to form a thin film state.
2. During secondary fermentation, if the temperature is too low, you can place a tray of hot water in the oven to maintain warmth.
