Homemade Carrot and Egg Noodle Recipe


Today I used Hu raddish.Eggs. I stir-fried this noodles,and had a little left over Chinese celery at home, so I threw it in too; we don't care about mixing things up for our family. I can't stand leaving ingredients to rot.Using all that is handy not only reduces waste but also enriches the ingredients. Prepare:raddish half,appropriate amount of Chinese celery (using green onions would be better), 3 eggs,
1 portion of cooked noodles . Stir-fry the egg liquid in a pan until it solidifies.Break up the egg and add the noodles, then add the raddish and Chinese celery. Stir the noodles until heated through, then add fine salt and cooking wine,
stir-fry until the ingredients are cooked and flavorful.
One: Prepare all ingredients, heat oil in a pan and fry the egg until it is set.

Two: Scramble the egg, then add the noodles, followed by carrots and celery.

Three: Stir-fry the noodles until heated through, then add fine salt and cooking wine, stir-frying until the ingredients are fully cooked and flavorful.
