Homemade Pancakes with Egg Method


Bought a non-stick flat-bottomed pan. Prepared to make a layer of cream. In the morning, picked it up to cook some eggs.Fried the pancake. Pancakes were made.Found that it worked very well. Ingredients:

Olive oil,eggs, flour,sesame seeds, scallions,tomato sauce. Mix the flour with water, add a little salt. It is suggested to use an electric whisk for faster mixing. Manually, the flour may clump up easily.Lightly coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil and heat it slightly before pouring in the batter; rotate the non-stick pan to spread the batter evenly;;

When the batter dries out, crack an egg into it;

Stir the egg until it spreads evenly. Once dried, flip the pancake over;

Sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds on top;

Drizzle with tomato sauce.A thin pancake is done; very simple and delicious. Usually I wrap a slice of bacon around it, but today there was none left, so I ate all the pancakes. Flip it over;
