1. Boil water and add Italian hollow noodles, cooking for 10 minutes.

3. Cut the black fungus and green peppers into pieces, prepare separately.

4. After cooking, drain the Italian hollow noodles of excess water.

6. Use the remaining oil from the previous pot to stir-fry the black fungus and green peppers over low heat for a while.

7. Add the pre-cooked lean meat and stir-fry together briefly.

8. Pour in 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce and stir-fry slightly.

9. Finally, add the Italian hollow noodles and stir-fry for a moment before serving.

Do not rinse the cooked Italian hollow noodles with cold water when draining; let them dry naturally.
