Eggplant Stir-fried with Pasta

Ingredients:Pasta (150 grams) Autumn gourd (100 grams) Egg (1) Olive oil
(3ml) Salt (2 grams)Soy sauce(1ml) Scallions 5 grams Instructions for cooking autumn gourd stir-fried rigatoni: 1. Prepare the ingredients: pasta, autumn gourd, egg;
2. Boil water and add pasta to cook until eight-tenths done;

3. Drain pasta and toss with a little oil;4. Wash and slice the autumn gourds, season with a bit of salt; 5. Mix in eggs;

6. Heat pan, pour in oil, fry the egg and autumn gourd mixture;

Tips:
