Homemade Coconut Peanut Cookie Recipe

Coconut Cream Wafer
Ingredients
Egg 60g
Coconut 75g
Butter 70g
Low-gluten Flour 15g
Granulated sugar 40g
Salt 0.5
Method
1. Soften the butter at room temperature, then beat it with an electric mixer until fluffy.

2. Add granulated sugar and continue beating.

3. Add egg liquid in portions.

4. Beat well before sifting in low-gluten flour.

5. Mix in coconut cream.

6. Let the dough rest for half an hour.

7. Mold it into the desired shape using a mold.

8. Preheat Oven Bake at 175 degrees Celsius, middle rack, for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack after baking.
