Yogurt Cheese Strips Homeemade Method

This is a very delicious afternoon tea dessert, risking weight gain, I still ate while shooting.
A few days ago, I made some old milk yogurt myself, for this cheese strip, to reduce greasiness and to improve the overall texture,I added it in. In fact, my choice was correct; the taste is very good, I recommend it to everyone. Ingredients:
Cream

Cheese 250 grams Sugar 35 grams Homemade thick yogurt 35 gramsMilk cream 110 grams Egg liquid 55 grams Cookies 60 grams
Butter 30 grams Oven: Longdi Man baking oven Temperature: 120 degrees, bake for about 70 minutes Steps:
1. Grind the cookies into powder and mix with melted butter. 2. Mix evenly and pour into a 6-inch springform pan, press down, and refrigerate for 10 minutes to use later.
3. Soften the cream cheese (I used
microwave
to heat for about 20 seconds) and add sugar; mix with an electric whisk until smooth.
4. Add yogurt, egg liquid, and milk cream in portions.
5. Continue mixing with an electric whisk (mix thoroughly after adding each ingredient).6. Pour into the mold (reserve some cheese batter for later use). 7. Add about 3 grams of cocoa powder to the remaining batter and mix well using a piping bag.
8. Pipe in a line pattern on the surface of the cheese batter, then randomly draw your preferred marble patterns with a toothpick.
9. Place a water-filled tray at the bottom layer of the oven, put the baking rack one level up from it, and bake the cheese batter. Let it cool before serving; the taste is better when chilled.
Tip
During mixing, add ingredients in portions to ensure smooth final batter texture.
Baking temperature should not be too high or the surface will crack and become overcooked.
This cheese strip tastes even better after chilling.
Note
Cheese sauce should be mixed while adding ingredients gradually to ensure a smooth final consistency
The baking temperature should not be too high, otherwise the surface will crack and burn
This cheese strip tastes better when refrigerated before eating
