Oat Mini Bread Recipe

1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread maker.

2. Start the mixing function on the bread machine and set it to 30 minutes.

3. Add the butter during the last 5 minutes, then complete the mixing.

4. Take out the dough and manually knead and stretch for 5 minutes to make it smooth and fine.

4. Weigh and divide the dough into 12 equal parts.

5. Roll each part into small round balls and arrange them neatly with a little space between each one.

6. Place in the oven set to rise function until they double in size.

7. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius, place it in the middle rack and bake for 15 minutes or until the surface is golden yellow.

8. Beat one egg into a bowl with a fork.

9. Remove the bread from the oven and brush it with the beaten egg, then put it back in the oven to bake for another 5 minutes.

1. You can choose to let it rise at room temperature or use a warming function on the machine. Generally, fermentation is faster when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius.
