Homemade Fresh Meat Dumplings Recipe

Here is a fresh meat dumpling with thin skin, large filling, tender texture, and full of soup; every bite is filled with fragrance. If you like spicy food, you can dip it in some oil chili sauce, the taste will be fantastic.Since I am short on time today, I used store-bought dumpling skin

to make these dumplings. This is very time-saving and labor-saving; you can try it too.

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients:200 grams of dumpling skin, 300 grams of pork filling,3 mushrooms, half a carrot, some green onions, and ginger. Step 2: Cut the mushrooms and carrots into fine pieces, then mix them with minced meat, preparing to mix the filling.Step 3: Add a little sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, a little chicken essence, and a little oyster sauce to the filling. Stir in one direction until well combined, as shown. Step 4: Take one dumpling skin, slightly enlarge it with rolling, as shown.Step 5: Use a rolling pin to further thin out the edges of the dumpling skin, as shown. Step 6: Place an appropriate amount of meat filling in the center of the dumpling skin, as shown.

Step 7: Fold and pleat the dumpling skin from the middle. Leave a small opening on top to expose the filling. Flip the edge outward, making one steamed bun. As shown.Step 8: Place the dumplings in a pot with boiling water, steam

for twelve minutes (if the dumplings are larger, extend the time appropriately).Soy sauce, half a spoon of old soy sauce, and a little bit monosodium glutamate (MSG), a little oyster sauce, then stir in one direction evenly as shown.

Step 4: Take a dumpling wrapper, then stretch it out by about one extra layer.

Step 5: Use a rolling pin to thin the edges of the wrapper slightly.

Step 6: Place an appropriate amount of meat filling in the center of the wrapper.

Step 7: Fold the wrapper in half, pleating it along the sides with a small opening at the middle for the filling to show through, then flip the top edge outward. A dim sum dumpling is now ready.

Step 8: Place in a steamer pot steam for twelve minutes (if the dumplings are larger, adjust the time accordingly).
