Steps for making purple yam steam cake:
1. First step,Steam the purple yam, I use an egg steamer to make it faster.

2. Second step, wash the dried grapes and dry them off using paper towels.

3. Third step, prepare the decorations.

4. The purple yam is steamed, add a large spoonful of sugar and some warm water, mix with a fork to make a paste.

5. Then combine the purple yam paste with flour and yeast, mixing well.

6. Mix until it forms a snow-like texture, then start adding warm water gradually.

7. Do not add too much warm water; add it little by little.

8. Add the grapes when the mixture becomes runny and continue to mix.
