Those who love life must also love good food. Girls who live seriously can use the weekend to browse markets, stock up on supplies for the fridge, and prepare some versatile ingredients that can be stored for a longer time.Ingredients such as,red bean filling, flour, eggs, etc.
Red bean paste buns Roll the dough not too thin, as excess thickness can make it easier to handle.
As long as they are what you like, there is no limit to how you make them. If you prefer a thicker crust on the bread dough, roll it out thick; if thinner, like me, go thin. The sweet red bean filling will tempt you. Let's make them together! Ingredients——
For the bread body:
High-gluten flour 300 grams, whole egg liquid 75 grams, milk 125 grams, corn oil 30 grams, sugar 40 grams, salt 3 grams, yeast 3 grams. The filling: 200 grams of pre-made red bean paste.
Steps:
1. Place all the ingredients for the bread body in a bread machine according to order, starting with liquid materials and ending with flour, making a hole in the flour to bury the yeast. Start the kneading program; knead for 40 minutes then let it rise.
After about an hour, when the dough has risen to twice its size, poke it with your finger without any bounce-back, indicating that it is well fermented.2. Take out the dough and gently squeeze to remove air bubbles, then divide into six equal parts and roll them into balls. At the same time, portion the red bean filling into eight equal parts and shape them into balls.
3. Flatten or roll one ball of dough.
4. Place a portion of the red bean filling in it.
5. Seal the seam tightly.
6. Turn the sealed side down.
7. Slowly stretch the dough to a slightly elongated oval shape.
8. Cut evenly along the top layer only with a sharp knife, ensuring each cut is clean through.
9. Roll up from one side.
10. Form into a long tube with the bottom down.
11. Pinch and roll the two ends together tightly on one end, inserting the other end to seal securely. Place in a baking dish, cover, and let rise again.
12. When doubled in size, brush the surface of the dough with egg wash.
13. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Cover if the color is satisfactory; I used two ovens to bake but one pan would work too.Baking tip: Adjust baking time based on your specific oven characteristics.

Do not use too much red bean filling, as it may cause the dough to burst and expose the filling, making handling difficult and affecting appearance.
If you prefer a thicker crust, roll out the dough thicker.
Do not put too much red bean filling, or it may ooze out when rolling, making it difficult to manage and less aesthetically pleasing. If you prefer a thicker outer crust, roll the bread dough more thickly.
