Homeemade Chocolate Domingo Cake Recipe

In late autumn, everything appears faded.
Time, with its indifferent hand, quietly transforms everything, making the emerald green turn.
Autumn's mood is often melancholy but not chilly; closing your eyes slowly reveals a sweet aftertaste.
Brief years, tranquil life. A simple meal can be the source of happiness.

This recipe was created for opera singer Placido Domingo.
Thus named Domingo.Egg Rice cake
(6 inches)

Method:
The method for this pound cake differs from previous ones; please avoid forming preconceived notions when making it!
1 Prepare three large bowls, mixing cocoa powder, sour cream, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract evenly in one of them.
2 In another large bowl, mix all the remaining dry ingredients together, including flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
3 Pour all the butter int a large bowl and beat on low speed for 30 seconds.

4 Then add half of the cocoa mixture and all dry ingredients, continuing to beat on low speed for 90 seconds until the batter is aerated and the cake structure forms.
5 Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and add the remaining cocoa mixture in two parts, beating 20-30 seconds after each addition to fully incorporate all ingredients and strengthen the cake's structure.
6 At this point, the batter should be quite thick; pour it into a mold, smooth the surface with a spatula, and bake on the fourth rack at 160 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.7 After baking, let it cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before unmolding. tip: After complete cooling, you can seal and store it at room temperature for two days, in the refrigerator for five days, or in the freezer for two months.

The cake reaches its best state with proper oiling and moisture distribution on the day of baking; this is commonly referred to as "oil recovery".
Additional decoration:You can use chocolate ganache to glaze it, creating a beautiful and shiny shell!
